Tamale Pie


Mix:
2 c roast beef (8-10oz)
1 can chili (8oz)
1 can chopped green chilies (4oz)
¼ c sliced green onions (optional)
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp pepper

In a separate bowl mix one 8 1/2oz box corn mix with 1 c cold water. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan. Spook beef mixture on top, leaving the edges open. Bake @ 420 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
