Ritz crackers
1
stick melted butter
1 ½ c
milk
2
small pkg pistachio pudding mix
1
quart vanilla ice cream
1
large tub cool whip
1
Heath or Skor bar, frozen, then crushed
Crush
the Ritz crackers and mix with the melted butter. Line a 9x13 pan with the crumb mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Cool.
Mix
instant pudding and milk. Lightly blend
the ice cream with the pudding mixture.
Pour over crumb crust. Top with
cool whip. Sprinkle with crushed Heath
of Skor bars. Chill a few hours before serving.
