baking soda

cinnamon

molasses

honey
3 egg
whites
½ avocado
½ c unsweetened
applesauce
1/3 c
oil
2 tsp
vanilla
2 c
grated zucchini
½ c
raisins
Mix
dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients
separately, then add to the dry. Bake at
350 for 20 minutes, if muffins, or 50 minutes if a loaf.
