Dad’s healthy chocolate muffins of goodness


2 ½ c whole wheat flour
½ c cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp salt
¼ c molasses
½ c honey
3 egg whites
½  avocado
½ c unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 c grated zucchini
½ c raisins

Mix dry ingredients.  Mix wet ingredients separately, then add to the dry.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, if muffins, or 50 minutes if a loaf.
